Schedule of Events

Friday, May 7th @ 6:00 p.m. — Ed Meyer Complex

Reception @ Ed Meyer Complex/Big Al’s Welcome Dinner/ Meet ‘N Greet with special guest, 2020 Crawford County Dairy Princess, Abagail Bryan.

Each registrant will pick up their respective packets, which will contain beat assignments for each angler as well as scorecards and clipboards.

Saturday, May 8th — Ed Meyer Complex

6:30 a.m. – Warner’s Bakery breakfast

7:00 a.m. – Registration for those who could not come Friday evening.

7:30 a.m. – Anglers will depart to their assigned beats (all information provided in registration packets).

11:30 a.m. – Titusville Middle School (TMS) students will be releasing trout in Oil Creek along the bike trail

12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Chris’s Creekside Cafe will be serving the anglers and controllers at the Ed Meyer Complex, Soccer Pavillion
Hot dogs will be served to participants of the Community Festival at this time as well.

12:45 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Anglers return to their respective beats and resume fishing

5:00 p.m. – Anglers return to the Ed Meyer Complex

5:15 p.m. – Dinner will be served at the Ed Meyer Complex followed by the Awards Ceremony

Community Day will take place at the Ed Meyer Complex from 11 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
